Our mission at Tyler Design Build, is to build a luxury custom home starting with family first designs. What sets us apart from others is our attention to detail and commitment to build a quality product at an affordable price. After all it has our name on it.
Dream it.
It all begins with a dream. Whether your dream is to add to your family and you need more square footage, to downsize and live a more simple life, or you need more room to enjoy time with friends and extended family, we have many plans to fit your lifestyle. We are working to add new options daily.
Design it.
Our plans are all designed with a focus on Family. We believe that your home should be a place where your whole family finds comfort. We feel an open concept creates a central space where everyone can come together and create memories to last a lifetime. Our designs are all engineered from the foundation, structural framing and wind bracing by a Texas licensed structural engineer.
Build it.
Our homes are built to the same standard we would build our own personal home. A project manager is there inspecting and overseeing the build every step of the way. All wall and rafter framing is 16” on center. Something we are not seeing on near enough homes these days. Every home receives a minimum of 4 inspections, pre pour foundation, on-site placement of foundation, framing and final inspections. Every home has a 10 year structural warranty and a 2 year mechanical warranty.
